Kevin Reilly’s Bio:
Kevin J. Reilly is a member of the Ridgewood (NJ) Fire Department; Certified NJ Fire Instructor; a Board Member of the Fire Safety Directors Association of New York City (FSDNY); a Board Member of the Cyanide Poisoning Treatment Coalition (CPCT); an Emergency Action Plan (EAP) writer and high–rise/life safety consultant in NYC; contributing author to the book Carbon Monoxide Poisoning, edited by Dr. David Penney; creator of R–EBT; founder of FSP Instruments, Inc. (manufacturers of the COB); and is the CEO of Automated Head Count, LLC. Kevin has also been previously published in Fire Engineering, “Chronic CO Poisoning in Firefighters” — June 2006.
Frank Ricci’s Bio:
Frank is an adjunct instructor with the New Haven, Top Rung and Middlesex County Fire Schools. He is Director of Fire Services for ConnectiCOSH and has been a consultant for Yale, DuPont and Williams Direct Dryers. Frank has been published in Fire Engineering on forcible entry; contributing author to the book Carbon Monoxide Poisoning, edited by Dr. David Penney (due out in the fall of 2007). He lectures across the country on injury rehabilitation, safety and tactics. Frank has worked with heavy rescue in Bethesda and Chevy Chase and was a student live in Rockville MD. He created the film “Smoke Showing” that can be downloaded for free at FireEngineering.com and has consulted in the development of the R-EBT. Frank is a member of the U.S. Marines Tech committee.
